Why should you train with Southern Legion?

We love people who love fitness, and you’ve already got the passion you need to be part of the Southern Legion family.

To join in with our classes, you also need a good level of fitness and the skills to competently perform the fundamental movements in a high-intensity workout.

So to get you up to the right level as quickly as possible, we’ve designed The Transition Programme – an intensive 6-week programme where you’ll significantly improve your fitness, as well as learning how to correctly perform the required movements.

Every session incorporates strength and cardio training so you will get fit AND strong, and follow a progressive programme written by head coach Ray. 

This is your fast-track introduction to Strength & Conditioning training, and you’ll be a fully-fledged member of Team Legion once you’ve finished.
